📌 How to Request Account Deletion
- Step 1: Enter your registered KingsChat Username, Email Address, or User ID in the form below.
- Step 2: Provide an optional reason for your account deletion request.
- Step 3: Click Submit Deletion Request. A unique tracking reference code will be generated.
- Step 4: You can also trigger account deletion directly inside the mobile application via Profile > Delete Account.
🗑️ Types of Data Deleted vs. Retained
Types of Data Permanently Deleted:
- Account Profile Info: Username, Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Avatar URL, and Single Sign-On (SSO) tokens.
- Gameplay Records: High scores, game ratings, favorite games list, and weekly/global leaderboard entries.
- Progression & Economy: Experience Points (XP), GameHub Tokens, daily check-in streaks, unlocked trophies, and quest achievements.
Data Retention & Additional Retention Period:
- Security & Financial Audit Logs: Payment transaction records and anti-fraud telemetry logs are retained in encrypted, restricted access storage for up to 30 days to comply with tax, legal, and anti-fraud regulations. After 30 days, all instances are permanently purged.
